Private Sessions

Terms & Conditions of Service

1. General Policy: All sessions are pre-booked and prepaid. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Sessions must be used within the stated validity period. 2. Private (1:1) Sessions: Sessions are valid only for the registered client. Cannot be shared or transferred to another individual. 3. Duet (2:1) Sessions: Duet sessions are booked for two specific clients together. The package is non-transferable. If one client is unable to attend, the attending client may continue the session as a private session (upgrade charge applies); or forfeit the session. 4. Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of session. No-shows will result in loss of session. 5. Late Arrival Policy: All sessions are 55-minutes in duration and 5-minutes to prepare for the next class. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended. 6. Studio Etiquette: Grip socks are required for all sessions and are available for purchase at the studio. Clients are requested to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
