No prior experience is required. Sessions are thoughtfully guided to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re new to Pilates or refining an established practice.

Mat Pilates focuses on controlled, bodyweight-based movement to build strength and stability. The Pilates Apparatus used are specialized machines with springs and resistance to provide both support and challenge, allowing for a more dynamic and tailored experience.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and stability during sessions. They are available for purchase at the studio, if needed. Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

Consistency is key. For most clients, 2–3 sessions per week allows for noticeable, lasting results, though your schedule can be tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle.

When approached with care and intention, Pilates can be highly supportive for rehabilitation. We recommend beginning with private sessions so your program can be tailored safely to your needs.

It is required that prior to enrolling in a duet package, each partner completes the Foundations series or one Private session. In practice, duets move at a more fluid pace. Without a baseline understanding, sessions can become stop-and-start, which takes away from the experience for both partners. Completing the Foundations Series or a Private session beforehand allows you to step into duets with confidence and continuity.
